I. Towing
Towing to the nearest qualified service provider (up to 100 miles free). Additional mileage will be charged according to state-specific rates.
II. Battery Service
Jump-start or minor emergency mechanical adjustments on-site.
III. Flat Tire Assistance
Installation of an inflated spare tire. If no usable spare is available, towing will be provided. (Tire repair costs are not included.)
IV. Fuel & Water Delivery
Emergency delivery of fuel or water. You only pay for the liquids, parts, or materials delivered.
V. Winching
Vehicle extraction from snow, mud, or sand (within 100 feet of a maintained road). Maximum coverage: $100 per incident.
VI. Locksmith Service
Assistance if keys are lost, broken, or locked inside the vehicle. Coverage limit: $100 per incident (replacement key cost not included).

We offer three convenient ways to reserve your car:

📄 Required Documents
To rent a vehicle, you will need the following documents:
• Valid driver’s license (original) — required for online booking and must be presented at the time of pick-up.
• Credit card for payment and security deposit — the card must be issued in the driver’s name.
If the card belongs to another person, the cardholder’s details must be included in the rental agreement.
• For local customers: a recent utility bill (electricity, water, or internet) showing the same address as on the driver’s license.
• For airport customers: please provide a flight ticket or itinerary as proof of travel.
• Full-coverage personal car insurance — if you do not have valid insurance coverage, Rental Point can offer an alternative insurance option
for an additional charge.

Note:
All documents must be valid, and originals must be presented at the time of rental.
Temporary or probationary driver’s licenses, photocopies, or expired documents will not be accepted.

Additional Driver

Confirmation of the same residential address is required.
A renter’s spouse or domestic partner who meets the same age and driver’s license requirements as the primary renter is considered
an authorized driver at no additional charge.

Any other additional driver must
• Be present at the time of rental.
• Meet all age and driver’s license requirements.
• Pay an additional fee of $15.00 per day (unless other contractual conditions apply).
security deposit
When renting a car, a security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card at the time of pick-up.
After the rental period ends (typically 3–7 days) and the vehicle is returned, the deposit will be fully released back to your card.
This hold serves as a protection measure in case of any issues during the rental period — for example, if the car is returned late, damaged, or excessively dirty.
It also helps ensure a smooth process in case you decide to extend your rental.
💵 Cash deposits are also accepted.

Deposit Amount
• $500 — for most vehicles
• $1,000 — for high-end or luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, Porsche, or 6–8 passenger minivans)
VEHICLE CHECK / VEHICLE INSPECTION POLICY
After signing the rental agreement and placing a security deposit, a mandatory vehicle inspection is carried out by the company’s manager
or authorized representative.
The inspection includes both photo documentation and a damage map of the vehicle.

Inspection Procedure
1. Each exterior panel of the vehicle, including any existing damage, is photographed.
2. A damage report (map) is completed and stored in the company’s database.
3. All inspection data can be made available to the customer online or sent directly upon request.
4. The renter is personally responsible for inspecting the vehicle as well and may take their own photographs of any damages they consider important or discover during the inspection.
5. Both parties must confirm the vehicle’s condition before the rental begins.

Items to Verify
• Vehicle registration and insurance policy;
• Fuel tank must be full (and returned full);
• Functionality of windshield wipers, air conditioning, seat belts;
• Operation of lights and headlights;
• Airbags;
• Tires, spare tire, and car jack;
• Cleanliness inside and outside of the vehicle.
INSURANCE Requirements
Rental Point does not provide any type of insurance coverage, including the minimum government-required liability insurance, in the rental price.
All liability, comprehensive, and collision insurance coverages must be obtained by the renter at an additional cost.
If the renter already has personal auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles, proof of such coverage must be provided to Rental Point prior to vehicle pickup.

Do I Need Insurance Coverage? — YES.
Under Wisconsin law, all drivers are required to carry at least the following minimum liability coverages:
• $25,000 — bodily injury liability per person
• $50,000 — bodily injury liability per accident
• $10,000 — property damage liability per accident
If you do not have personal auto insurance or travel protection that includes rental cars, you may purchase coverage from independent insurance providers.

MINIMUM INSURANCE Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Rental Point, renters must have:
• At least Wisconsin State Minimum Liability Coverage, and
• Comprehensive and Collision Coverage meeting the same standards.
If the renter has no personal car insurance, the renter must purchase:
Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI) — Primary State Minimum Liability Insurance Coverage, for the full duration of the rental period.
If the renter has liability-only insurance, the renter must purchase:
Comprehensive and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) — Maximum limit $35,000 with a $500 deductible, for the full duration of the rental period.

Additional Coverage Options
Three optional insurance and protection products are available for purchase through our partner, Bonzah Insurance:
1. Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI)

Toll Roads
In the United States, there are numerous toll roads and highways.
For your convenience, all our vehicles are equipped with E-ZPass / IPass  SunPass transponders.
If you travel on toll roads operated by other companies, some may require cash payment at entry or exit, while others will capture your license plate and send us the toll charges later.
In all cases, the renter (client) is fully financially responsible for any tolls, fees, or related expenses incurred while driving the rented vehicle.

Fines and Violations
All traffic, parking, and speeding fines issued during the rental period are the full responsibility of the renter.
If a fine is received after the rental has ended, the amount of the fine and an administrative fee may be charged from the renter’s deposit or billed separately.
Please follow all traffic regulations and pay attention to parking signs and local restrictions.
In case we receive a ticket or fine related to your rental through email, mail, or government portals, we will charge your credit card to cover the total cost of the fine, including any additional administrative fees.
A payment confirmation will be provided to the customer via email.
Vehicle Check-In Instructions (Car Pick-Up)
In most cases, our team meets the customer in person to complete a standard inspection and handover.
However, for your convenience, in some cases we use lockboxes for contactless pick-up.

Please follow the steps below carefully
1. Take a selfie with the vehicle (make sure the license plate and your face are clearly visible).
2. Send the photo to us via the designated contact method (text, WhatsApp, or platform chat).
3. Wait for our confirmation — we will reply with the lockbox code.
4. Retrieve the key from the lockbox.
5. ⚠️ Important: After taking the key, please remove the lockbox from the vehicle and keep it safely with you.
6. Send us a photo holding the lockbox in your hand (for confirmation).
7. ✅ Enjoy your ride!
Vehicle Check-out Instructions (CAR RETURN)
The vehicle must be returned at the time specified in your rental contract.
Please make sure the fuel tank is full upon return.
If you wish to extend your rental or return the car earlier, please call or text us in advance to confirm availability and avoid additional charges.
If the return is delayed, extra time will be billed separately according to the hourly or daily rate.
In most cases, the customer must be present during the return inspection.
However, for your convenience, lock boxes may be used for after-hours or contactless returns (subject to prior approval).
Please park the car in the same designated spot and notify us once you’ve arrived.

Before leaving, please
• Remove all your personal belongings from the vehicle.
• Take a few photos of the car’s condition for your own records.

How often do you sell your cars?
From time to time, we offer for sale company-owned vehicles that were previously part of our rental fleet.
What condition are the cars in?
All vehicles are sold in good condition and are fully operational. However, they are used vehicles and may show normal wear and tear.
Each vehicle is sold “as is”, without any additional warranties or guarantees.
Can I inspect the car before buying?
Yes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the vehicle before completing the purchase.

Can I review the vehicle history or get a CARFAX report?
Yes. It is the buyer’s full responsibility to purchase or obtain any vehicle history report from third-party providers such as CARFAX or AutoCheck before completing the purchase.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. As a private seller, we do not collect or charge any sales taxes.
What paperwork do I receive?
Each sale is accompanied by a Personal Vehicle Sales Agreement.
Who pays for registration and title fees?
All applicable taxes, title, and registration fees must be paid directly to your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at the time of transfer or registration.
